EMIS In patient nutritional profile

EMIS In Patient Nutritional Profile.

The mental health FFN profile has recently been reviewed and is now accessed via a template on EMIS. Updates have included information on re-feeding syndrome and MUST Step 5 Management Guidelines. The guidelines include information for ward staff on how to maintain adequate food, fluid and nutrition using a food first approach where suitable. A care plan can be developed via EMIS where required.
