Interpreting, Communication Support and Translation Policy
The purpose of this NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) policy is to ensure there is a consistent and clear approach to the provision and delivery of interpreting and communication support for our patients and service users. The policy is aimed at all staff involved in patient care and has been revised to align with the NHS Scotland Policy provision. It is focused on the operational delivery, protocols and procedures.
