In this issue Jane talks about: our Annual Review event; managing financial pressures, we need to look at ways to work smarter and maximise our resources; this week, Chair, Dr Lesley Thomson KC hosted Neil Gray, Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care at a visit to the Beatson; our Biorepository, based at the QEUH Laboratory Medicine Building, has achieved ISO: 20387:2018 accreditation - the first centre in the UK to achieve such a standard; and patient feedback on the Ophthalmology Clinic at the New Victoria Hospital.
